Will Wi-Fi cover a condo, or only the hallway?

We plan it for the unit. A hallway access point is not the same thing. Guests can sit on their own network when you want that. The Wi-Fi page is the longer note. We look at the floor plan before we quote.

Can guests use the panel?

Yes, if you want a few scenes and nothing else. They do not get the settings. The panel matches the app, and it stays short on purpose. Outdoor lights can be one of those scenes.

Do you do deck and outdoor lighting in Sea Isle City?

Yes. Deck and outdoor lighting are part of the lighting scenes, not a separate system. The lighting page and the panel page are the next links. Quotes follow a walk-through.

Condos and houses where guest codes change every week.

We work from Mays Landing and treat a condo and a house differently. The unit has to work for whoever has the code that week.

Works with Lutron, Sonos, ecobee, Yale, Hunter Douglas, Apple, UniFi, and Home Assistant. We pick what fits the house, not a quota.

The unit, not the hallway

Condos and houses here mix weekly stays with homes people keep. Wi-Fi has to cover the unit, not stop in the hallway. The panel is simple enough that a guest does not need a lesson. Deck and outdoor lighting can join the same scenes.

A short panel. A guest should not need a lesson to turn on a light.

What we put in the house

Locks and Wi-Fi first. A simple panel, and cameras for the owner who is not in town.
