What Does a Smart Home Cost for a Jersey Shore House?
The cost of a smart home for a Jersey Shore house depends on how many rooms get lighting control, how many shades and thermostat zones are involved, how far the Wi-Fi has to reach, and whether the walls are still open. IZZO Network doesn't publish a rate card. Each house is quoted after a free walk-through.
What changes the price
- Number of rooms and keypads.
- Lamps and dimmers already in place.
- Number and size of windows getting motorized shades.
- Thermostat zones.
- How many floors, and whether the deck and dock need Wi-Fi.
- Theater or audio rooms.
- Cabling and the gear closet.
- The wall panel and the scenes.
Finished house or open walls
With open walls, cable goes in during rough-in and trim follows when the rooms are ready. In a finished house, the plan works around what is already in the walls.
How to get a quote
Send the town, what you want, a phone number, and plans if it is a build. Then we look at the house. The estimate is free.

Cost questions
- Do you publish prices?
- Not yet. Each house is quoted after a short look at the rooms and what is already in the walls. This guide explains what changes the price. It does not list dollar amounts. Call (609) 415-0011, Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, to set the walk-through.
- Is the estimate free?
- Yes. The walk-through is a free home estimate. We look at the town, the rooms, and what you want in the house, then we quote. There is no rate card on this site and no charge listed for that first look.
- What makes one house cost more than another?
- More rooms and keypads, more and larger windows for shades, more thermostat zones, more floors, and Wi-Fi that has to reach a deck or a dock. A theater or a gear closet changes it too. A finished house is planned differently from a house with open walls.
- Is it easier to add a smart home while the walls are open?
- Cable goes in during rough-in when the walls are open, and the trim follows when the rooms are ready. In a finished house the plan works around what is already there.
- What should I send before the visit?
- The town, what you want in the house, and a phone number. If it is a build, send the plans. Then we look at the house. The quote comes after that look, not from the note alone. Use the contact page or call (609) 415-0011.
